Supply the expertise, materials, labor, and equipment necessary to design and construct new facilities and renovations to existing facilities for Phase II. The work will include:

• Renovation of Facilities for the Guard and Protection Battalion.
• Repair Renovation of Facilities for the Guard and Protection Company.
• Renovation of Facilities for the Rifle Platoons.
• Renovation of Facilities for the Military Police Platoon.
• Renovation of Facilities for the Warehousing HQ Building.
• Renovation of Facilities for the Fresh Food Cold Storage Facility.
• Construction of a Fire Station.
• Construction and Renovation of a POL Fuel Storage Area.
• Construction and Renovation of a POL Fuel Distribution Area.
• Construction of a Bulk Lubricant Storage Area.
• Renovation and Construction of an Ice Factory.

Work shall also include all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements.

Design and construct fully operational potable water system complete with Pumps and distribution system to serve the project.

Design and construct fully operation Sewers system complete with necessary lift stations and associated manholes to serve the project.

Design and construct fully operation powers distribution system complete with Overhead Power lines, Generators, Transformers, MDP’s and DB’s to serve the project.
