Fromewill Ltd has built an outstanding reputation for engineering excellence and meticulous project management. Led by Managing Director Eng. Hider Al-Touqmatchi, who has resided in Iraq since 2003, we oversee a full-time staff of 50 architects, civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers, HSE and QC specialists, and technicians.
Our robust, in-house engineering and CAD divisions allow us to tackle complex design-and-build scopes from materials procurement to site commissioning. We have completed over 50 vital projects across Iraq, securing long-standing relationships with various ministries and state institutions.

1984: UK Establishment
Laying the foundation of Fromewill Ltd.
Established in the United Kingdom in 1984, Fromewill was founded as a multi-discipline engineering and support company. Our initial operations focused on structural layouts, procurement planning, and technical consulting, forging the design-build expertise that would later anchor our operations in Iraq.
2003 - 2011: Operations in Iraq
Supporters of regional reconstruction.
Fromewill Ltd established operations in Iraq in 2003. Over these eight years, our engineering and management personnel successfully served as subcontractors on 49 complex projects managed by the US Corps of Engineers, primarily centered within the Taji military base in Iraq.
2011 - Present: Direct Prime Contractors
Securing prestigious state contracts.
Transitioned to operating as direct prime contractors with the Iraqi government (primarily the Ministry of Oil), managing contracts totaling over $65 Million USD. Concurrently, Fromewill has completed multiple high-security contracts within the US Embassy Baghdad and the Baghdad Diplomatic Support Centre (BDSC) for the US State Department.
